Bibleless People

Here in the United States, it is hard for us to imagine not having a Bible. Most of our homes have several copies readily available as well as Bible programs on our computers. But what if someone were to take these from you? All that you would have would be the verses you had memorized. But what if you never had a Bible?

Unfortunately, that is the condition of 3,000 or more people groups. Now we would never dream of taking someone's Bible away from them; however, we are guilty of withholding the Bible from over 380 million people. Many of the people we are ministering to in India, Myanmar, and the Philippines have never heard or read John 3:16 in their native language.

Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Please pray that these 3,000 Bibleless nations would have the opportunity to hear the Word of God or read the Word of God in their native language. Will you also pray that the Lord would raise up laborers to help get the Word of God to these Bibleless People?
